What you share
The five-question check shows your result in your browser without asking for contact information. Only if you request an emailed summary do you share business contact details, with optional Epic tenure and a reason for exploring Refuel. Do not provide patient information, PHI, credentials, or sensitive information. There are no uploads.
How Ronin uses it
Viewing your result does not submit answers or notify Ronin. If you request an email, Ronin processes your answers to recompute and email the summary and prepare for a qualification conversation. Ronin’s internal briefing includes your contact information, organization and role, result category, top operational signal names, and any optional Epic tenure and interest context you provide. It does not include your full question-by-question responses. Submitting the check does not subscribe you to marketing, and this flow does not retain marketing preferences.
Service providers
The submission service and email provider process information needed to receive your request and deliver messages. When you open the optional email form, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse and processes browser and network information for that purpose. Calendly handles scheduling when you choose to book. Diagnostic answers and contact details are not added to scheduling links or conversion analytics.
Browser storage and analytics
Only questionnaire answers and your place in the check are saved temporarily in this tab’s session storage. Contact details are not saved there or in local storage. Restarting the check clears saved answers. Conversion events may include the result category; names, email addresses, organizations, free text, and individual answers are excluded.
Retention and your choices
The submission service processes your answers and contact details in memory for the request, then discards them. It does not save submissions to local files, a database, or application logs. Temporary rate-limit counters use hashed network identifiers and reset with each 15-minute window or service restart. Summary and briefing emails remain with the email provider and recipient mailboxes under their respective retention policies. Email correspondence and any continuing engagement records are handled separately.
